CineFest Week 2 Line Up and Schedule is Unveiled

 

CineFest's Week 2 (8-14/10) line up is unveiled today! Tickets will be available from 11:30am on 1 October. Mark your calendar.


The five-week special programme will start tomorrow! Come share the excitement! And please stay tuned for screening details of the upcoming weeks.

 

Here are some highlights of Week 2 (8-14/10) programme:

 
1. THE WOMAN WHO RAN - Hong Sang-soo’s latest work which won him Best Director at Berlinale
2. BEANPOLE - Kantemir Balagov’s painterly compositions inspired by Svetlana Alexievich’s The Unwomanly Face of War
3. LA DOLCE VITA, 8½ - Two of Federico Fellini’s most celebrated masterpieces to kick off the “FELLINI100” programme
4. THE BROKEN BUTTERFLY - Maurice Tourneur’s silent classic to kick off the “30th Anniversary of The Film Foundation” programme
5. THE SHEPHERDESS AND THE SEVEN SONGS - Pushpendra Singh awarded Best Director in HKIFF44 Young Cinema Competition (World)
